I’m the founder of Essential Whealth, LLC and the originator of the term “Whealth.”
After several decades building and leading businesses, I came to a powerful realization: financial success, no matter how impressive, often comes with a hidden and painful cost: declining health, strained relationships, burnout, and a quiet sense that something deeper was missing.
Watching so many talented executives and business owners face the same trade-offs, I knew there had to be a better way. This deep conviction led me to develop the “Essential Whealth” blueprint. This comprehensive, integrated framework brings together financial clarity, physical vitality, relational strength, soul-aligned purpose, energetic coherence, and legacy building.
Whealth recognizes that true prosperity cannot be separated from health, just as leadership cannot be separated from the wholeness of who we are. When these dimensions work in harmony, results become more natural, sustainable, and deeply fulfilling.
Today, I mentor C-suite executives and business owners who are ready to lead at the highest level without sacrificing their well-being or what matters most. My mission is to help conscious leaders create lives and organizations that thrive financially, physically, relationally, and across generations.
